Chantal Organics Organic Tamari Soy Sauce is a wheat free variety of fermented soy sauce. Traditionally used in Japanese cuisine, tamari is darker in colour than shoyu with a rich, smooth and deep salty taste. Its an effective flavour enhancer and makes a tasty marinade for meat and vegetables, addition to stir fries, Asian style rice dishes and as a dipping sauce for sushi.
