An early dark green Pak Choi with a slightly blistered leaf and green stem. A flat rosetting plant habit, it resembles a Tatsoi but doesn't have that cabbagy taste - instead it is sweet and mild. Excellent for fresh baby leaf and for cooking. A hardy disease resistant plant tolerant of many soils and climatic conditions.
