These mats fit perfectly in our 2 piece growing trays.  Simply place inside the holey tray and place on top of flat tray.  How to use Hemp mats and grow your microgreens easily:

1. Place the hemp mat inside the holey tray on top of the flat tray.

2. For best results: pre-soak seeds for 8hrs.  Sprinkle seeds on hemp mat (make sure every seed is seperated)

3. Wet Hemp mat and seeds thoroughly (do not pour a bucket on, but use a water spray bottle and ensure wet but not saturated).

4.  Continue to spray seeds 2-3 times a day if they look dry (the beauty of the hemp mats is it will retain moisture and make watering easier).  

5.  Eventually the seeds will root into the mat and if there is water constantly in the bottom tray, watering is minimal.

6.  Harvest at desired length (wait for leaves to grow)
