Wheatgrass juice is easy to take when mixed with your fresh raw juice such as carrot or take a wheatgrass shot.
Wheatgrass is easy to grow. We grow in the automatic sprouter and in four days we have wheatgrass ready to cut and juice. It will continue to grow and you can recut every few days using this method.
