Nutritional RecipesOur recipes have been created by our very own Clinical Nutritionist using mainly alkaline forming foods for optimum health. We have prepared these recipes using the Compact Juicer, Smoothie maker, Nature's Nutrition whole food powders & Oils, milk from our Milk Maker and harvested sprouts from our automatic sprouter.  

Smoothies

Very Berry Smoothie

Place all ingredients in our Smoothie Pro blender and blend until smooth.Pour and drink immediately.Any leftovers can be frozen into ice blocks.

You can use any type of milk from nuts and seeds which can be made in the SOYQUICK milk maker.  

Green Health Shake

Place all ingredients in our Smoothie Pro blender and blend until smooth.Pour and drink immediately.

You can use any type of milk from nuts and seeds which can be made in the SOYQUICK milk maker. 

High Protein Shake

  • 2 Cups Soy, Almond or Rice Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Pro Fiber EFA
  • 1 Tablespoon Aktivated Barley
  • 1 Tablespoon Flax Essential Flaxseed Oil
  • 1 Ripe Banana
  • 1 Cup Ice

Place all ingredients in our Smoothie Pro blender and blend until smooth.Pour and drink immediately.

Vitamin C Booster


Place all ingredients in our Smoothie Pro blender and blend until smooth.Pour and drink immediately.

Juices

The Hormone Balancer

  • 2 sticks celery
  • ½ cucumber
  • ½ cup alfalfa sprouts
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • 5cm slice pineapple
  • 3 spinach leaves
  • 1 Teaspoon Best of Greens

Put everything through Compact Living Juicer except Best of Greens. Mix Best of Greens with small amount of water and then pour raw vegetable juice into same glass and drink.


Juice for Digestive Disorders

  • 2 Large Apples (cored)
  • ¼ medium sized cabbage
  • 2 sticks of celery
  • 1 carrot
  • 1cm slice fresh ginger root
  • 2 teaspoons Just Barley

Put everything through Compact Living Juicer except Just Barley.Mix Just Barley with small amount of water and then pour raw vegetable juice into same glass and drink.


Immune Booster Juice

  • 1 stick celery
  • 1 Vine ripened tomato
  • 1 pear (cored)
  • ½ beetroot
  • 1 carrot
  • ½ cm fresh ginger
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ red onion
  • 1 Teaspoon Best of Greens
  • 1 Teaspoon Amla C Plus

Put everything through Compact Living Juicer except last two products.Mix Best of Greens and Amla C with small amount of water and then pour raw vegetable juice into same glass and drink.


The Detoxifier

  • 1 Carrot
  • ½ medium beetroot with top leaves
  • 1 Cup fresh parsley
  • 1 Medium apple (cored)
  • ½ clove garlic or small piece fresh ginger
  • 1/3 cup of Wheatgrass juice or
  • 1 teaspoon of Greens of Kamut Wheatgrass
  • 1 teaspoon Chlorella Powder

Put everything through Compact Living Juicer except last two products.Mix Greens of Kamut and Chlorella with a small amount of water and then pour raw vegetable juice into same glass and drink.

Salads, Spreads and Dressings

Carrot, Avocado and Sprout Salad

  • 2 ½ Cups Nature's Nutrition Tasty Combo bean sprouts
  • 2 Medium Carrots
  • 1 Tablespoon Sunflower seed kernels
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 Medium avocado, sliced

Dressing

  • 2 Tablespoons Nature's Nutrition Flax Essential Flaxseed Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 1 Clove Garlic Crushed

Mix together, shake and pour over salad


Hummus

  • 2 Cups cooked Chickpeas
  • 4 Tablespoons Tahini
  • 2 Tablespoons Nature's Nutrition Flax Essential Flaxseed Oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Juice from 2 lemons
  • 2 Teaspoons ground cumin
  • ½ Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Sea or Himalayan salt

Pass all ingredients except water through the Compact Juicer. Add water if too thick.
